We offer two different delivery options:
- Recorded Delivery - £4
- Guaranteed Next Day - £7
These are flat rates across all our services.
In some cases, where the order is unusually large, we may require additional postage. We will contact you before dispatching your order if this applies.
Most orders are sent out by Recorded Delivery. However, there is an option for urgent orders to be sent by Royal Mail's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Under this service, Royal Mail guarantees that your order will be delivered by 1pm the next working day. This service requires you to be available to sign for your order.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays and lost orders by the Royal Mail.
None of the delivery methods offered are guaranteed by Frosts Photo Centre, nor are they refundable by us.
All of our orders received by 11am Monday to Friday are dispatched that day. Please allow 48 hours lab time for large orders. Most of our customers receive their order the next morning, postage permitting. For large orders and those that are required urgent, consider selecting the Guaranteed Next Day delivery option. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays and lost orders by the Royal Mail.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will either re-print the order at no extra cost to you or we will refund your credit/debit card in full.
Due to the speed of our servers and customised production we do not offer cancellations. Once an order has been placed it is not possible to retract or edit any order.
